TheWhy We Can’t Waitsummit took place from December 3rd through December 5th, 2012 in Miami Beach, FL, and brought together scholars, practitioners, advocates, and pundits of color from across the nation to connect, reflect, and share new ways to inspire and mobilize support for closing the racial wealth gap.

RACIAL WEALTH GAP REPORT
In collaboration with the Closing the Racial Wealth Gap Initiative, the Institute on Assets and Social Policy at Brandeis University released a report quantifying the drivers of the increasing racial wealth gap over the past quarter-century.
